Copynotes: Binding: by Riviere (stamp). Calf with g.t. ornament in centre & at angles, blind stamped; spine g.t. & blind stamped, board edges blind stamped, borders blind stamped on inside covers, raised bands, g. lettering; marbled e.p.; a.e.g. *Shelfmark is confidential (see correspondence). Via correspondence (5/25/10) we were able to confirm only the dates of the General Title page, the first and second parts of the FQ, and the Shepheards Calendar. The dates of the general title page and the FQ fit Johnson's description of Group III copies (see p. 46), but the 1617 Shepheards Calendar does not fit this pattern.
Editionnotes: Separate t.p. for each pt., dated 1613-1617. Most of minor works have special t.p.'s & are unpaged.
